All football coaches must complete all required documents below as indicated.
All applicable items must be completed PRIOR to Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM.

The background check generally takes 7-10 business days to complete and no further action should be needed on your end. We will receive the result of your background check when it is complete.

Youth Coach Certification

Important Note: In order to use the promo code provided below, coaches will need to be associated with our organization. Instructions on how to associate to an organization are detailed below.

New this year, certifications will be flag and tackle specific. Coaches completing the certification for the first time will complete our Level 1 flag or tackle certification, while returning coaches will be automatically assigned to take the Level 2 flag or tackle recertification. Coaches can access the certification by following the steps below.

Coaches NEED to be associated with the organization for administrators to track their certifications and for the coaches to use promo codes. The coaches can associate themselves with the organization through their individual accounts, by following these steps:

Log in to your USA Football account of Create a new account
Go to the “Organizations” tab on the dashboard
Scroll down to “Find New Organization”
Enter 'Northmont Wee Bolts Football And Cheer' underneath “League Name” and click “Search Organizations”

Once, Northmont Wee Bolts Football And Cheer is listed, you will click “Associate".

Certification Instructions

Go to USA Football Youth Certification
Click "Learn More" under either Flag or Tackle Certification.
Click on "Get Certified"
Click "Continue to Payment"
Type in promo code: NWBFC24
Click "Update Price"
Click "Sign Up For Course!"
Start Certification

Please email or provide a printed copy of your completed certification to your Head Coach or Team Representative for your team binder.
