Please use the items below and download them from Google Drive. These items range from logos to documents. If you need anything added, please just let us know.
If you need a team specific graphic created for social media use or team use, just email footballdirector@weebolts.com with as many details as possible and we'll get something created for you. A few examples are attached below in the Google Drive list.
Quick Tips:
The forms below MUST be DOWNLOADED for them to work properly.
You must SAVE or ENABLE EDITING on the Excel Spreadsheets before you will be able to edit. Once you've edited them, save them for your use.
Instructions for each form are on the 2nd sheet of the file.
Mandatory Play Forms
You can download the GCYC Official Mandatory Play Form below and key in your team information rather than write it in each week. If you chose this option, you'll be responsible for printing your own form.
After each game, the head coach must sign the form and turn it in to the home team concession stand to be kept for record. If you are playing an away game the form WILL BE LEFT AT THE FIELD OF THE HOME TEAM. Head coaches DO NOT need to sign the opposing team's Mandatory Play Form.
